GeneralNo order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the Seller until the Goods are dispatched by the Seller.
Prices
The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering.
All prices are displayed in GBP UK Pounds. All Orders are paid in GBP UK Pounds.
Delivery
Our standard delivery period within the UK is 3-10 days from time of order. We may require a delivery dignature.
Delivery Charges
For most items we use Royal Mail. Delivery charges are based upon their standard rates plus packaging charges. Essenceofgaea shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. Goods remain the property of essenceofgaea until fully paid for by the Buyer.
Refunds Policy
Please make sure you have purchased the correct item for your needs before opening any packaging. If packaging has been damaged then we will not be able to resell the item and as a consequence we will not be able to make a refund. Faulty items can be returned for a full refund or replacement at the discretion of the Buyer. Any unopened and unused Item can be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Returned items will be checked and if found to be used or opened no refund will be given and a charge to re-post will be made. Essenceofgaea will not be responsible for any return costs in this situation. The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing or by email within 7 days of receipt of goods if they wish to return part or all of the order. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
Warranty
Products sold by essenceofgaea are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Returned Goods
Notification of incorrectly shipped goods must be made within 7 days of delivery. Any claim made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Returned goods must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging.
Damaged Returns
The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has in the opinion of the Seller been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer.
Legal Liability
The contracts from the sales of goods by essenceofgaea shall be subject to and governed by English law. Liability of essenceofgaea shall be limited to the original value of the goods purchased. Essenceofgaea cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells.

Acceptance of terms
